Construction :
This is a second stage machine in coir fibre unit. The product from the Disintegrator is water spraying by hose pipe after feed in to the Decorticator at a correct moisture level.
The ratter inside the decorticator crushes well the product and brought through outlet as fine fibre, the wastes are separator and brought down. The quality of the fibre can be so well controlled.

The working time of this machine is within two time of the working time of the Disintegrator. The rotor is fitted with double roller bearing. This rotter shaft is pipe shaft. So very heavy, more long life. The machine should be created on a concrete bed.
