Construction :
This machine is fully automatic, The method used in this machine is hydraulic, this machine contains an oil tank with capacity of 720 litres. It is also added with an oil pump for better circulation of oil to the machine – A Value in it controls the direction and pressure of oil circulation A Hydraulic cylinder has been added with the capacity of 100tons to look at the presser level easily a pressure gauge is fitted in this machine. The oil here is cooked through water Cooler.

For compacting area and damping the MS Plate of 32mm thickness has been used for better performance the pipe used for the circulation of oil is made of steamless M.S Pipe. To make the machine work automatically limit switch has been added.
